Sharon Ann Behrle

Sharon Ann "Sherrie" Behrle, 57, of Wyomissing, died March 10, 2010 in Wyomissing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of Orion S. and Mary M. (Porcaro) Behrle, Wyomissing.

She was a graduate of Wyomissing High School in 1970 and became a licensed cosmetologist.

Sherrie was a hairdresser for L'Official, Sinking Spring, Marie's Beauty Shop, West Lawn and Adolf's Coiffures Beauty Shop, Shillington. She also worked part-time for Health South Rehabilitation in the same capacity.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.

Sherrie loved to travel and take care of shut-ins, both homebound and in rehabilitation. She was a very caring person.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Catherine R. Wilkie, Wyomissing and her sister, Gail L., wife of Vinny Ferraro, Brecknock Twp. One nephew, Kain Sosangelis and one niece, Mersina Sosangelis also survive her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 8:30 to 10 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
