Sebastiana Bricker

Sebastiana "Betty" Bricker, 83, died January 16, 2011 in her Cumru Township residence.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Joseph P. and Josephine (Saglibene) Guidara.

She was a 1944 gradate of Reading High School.

Betty was the owner of Maria's Sandwich Shop, Chambersburg, for over 20 years. She then worked for Talbot Knitting Mill, APS, Auto Parts and West Point-Pepperell, until her retirement.

She was a member of Holy Rosary R.C. Church, Reading.

She is survived by her three children: John J. Bricker, Reading; Jacqueline M., wife of Thomas E. Reisher, Akron and Karen S. Moser, wife of James R. Eshbach, Wyomissing. Also surviving is her brother, Joseph P. Guidara, Mt. Penn and her sister, Angeline T., wife of Joseph Jastrzembski, Mt. Penn. There are four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren surviving.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. in Holy Rosary R.C. Church, 237 Franklin St., Reading, PA 19602. A viewing will be from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Inurnment will be Saturday at 9 a.m. in Gethsemane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Rosary R.C.
