Scott Paul Fair

Scott Paul Fair, Sr, 56, died May 20, 2009 in his South Heidelberg residence.

He was the husband of Donna Lynne (Andrews) Fair.

Born February 22, 1953 in West Reading, he was a son of Jean Elizabeth (Newpher) Kline of Exeter Township and the late Herbert Walter Fair, Jr.

Scott graduated from Exeter High School in 1971.

He was employed as a resident manager by Mountain View Apartments, South Heidelberg Township.

Scott served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.

He was a member of Zion Spies Lutheran Church, Alsace Township and Reinholds V.F.W. He also enjoyed building things.

Scott was considered a great friend by many that knew him.

Also surviving is a daughter, Gwendolyn, wife of Evan Jackson of Mohnton; and two sons, Scott P., Jr., fiancé of Laritza M. Rivera of Reading and Scott J. Jaraczewski, husband of Jamie; and a step-daughter, Sarina Gantkowski, partner of Warren Taft of Reinholds.

In addition, there is a sister, Georgene E. (Goda) Wenrich of Exeter Township and three brothers, Michael G. Fair, Sr. of Carbon County; Brian K. Fair and Kenneth G. Fair, both of Exeter Township.

There are also five grandchildren surviving.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Zion Spies Lutheran Church, 310 Spies Church Road, Alsace Township. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
