Sarah V. Alley

Sarah Alley 26, of Hamburg passed away on Friday November 4th from a heroin overdose after a long struggle with the disease of addiction. She was born April 16, 1990 in Reading, PA. and was the daughter and step daughter of Laura and Ed Ludovici of Hamburg and the daughter and step daughter of Brian and Linda Alley of Dover, PA. Additional survivors are her daughter, Ruby Alley; her sisters, Katie Alley and Olivia Ludovici, both of Hamburg; her brother Ed Ludovici, Jr. of Hamburg; her grandfather Frank Muzopappa of Virginville; and her step-grandmother Teresa Ludovici of New Castle, PA. Her beloved grandparents predeceased her: Paula Muzopappa and Barbara and Lee Alley. Sarah attended Hamburg Area High School and she loved her baby daughter, Ruby above all else. She enjoyed reading and was always looking for a new book. She was creative and like to craft, bake and crochet. She was a talented writer and kept journals. Her family was very important to her and she was a good friend to many. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 12th at 11:00 AM from St. Mary R.C. Church, 94 Walnut Road, Hamburg, PA. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Inurnment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamburg.
