Sara A. Dianna

Sara A. (Vecchio) Dianna, 93, of Reading, died January 15, 2015, in Mifflin Center.

She was the wife of Anthony M. Dianna for 68 years.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Maria (Colosimo) Vecchio.

She was a graduate of St. Joseph's Parochial School and attended Reading High School.

Sara was employed by Western Electric, and retired from AT&T after 18 years.

She was an excellent cook and housekeeper. Sara loved to travel, especially to Italy.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two nephews, Mick, husband of Christine, Shillington and Frank, husband of Judy, Denver.

Sara was predeceased by two brothers, James Vecchio and Frank Vecchio.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. John Baptist de LaSalle Roman Catholic Church, 420 Holland Street, Shillington, PA 19607. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. in the church. Contributions may be made to St. John Baptist de LaSalle R.C. Church at the above address. Edward J.
