Sara Phyllis Chelius

Chelius, Sara Freeman, "Phil", age 87, died on July 25, 2014 in Midlothian, VA. Formerly of Reading, PA, Sara was the daughter of the late Addie Rhinehart Freeman and Clarence James Freeman. She was married to Raymond H. Chelius who preceded her in death in 1966. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Evelyn and Violet and brothers , James and Del. Sara is survived by her nieces Peggy Loeper (Tom) and Barbie (Phil).

Sara was a 1944 graduate of Reading High School and worked for the Bachman Pretzel Co. for many years. Later in life she worked for the Flying Hills Corp. as a secretary, accountant and office manager before retiring and moving to Virginia.

Sara loved to travel and enjoyed many cruises with family members.
