Sandra M. Hipp

Sandra M. (Beyerle) Hipp, 62, of 3040 Octagon Ave., Wilshire died December 16th at 7:10 a.m. in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center where she had been since December 12th.

Married August 11, 1940, she was the wife of Mario H. Hipp.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late J. Eben and Anna Elizabeth (Hartman) Beyerle.

She was a 1958 graduate of West Reading High School and attended the McCann School of Business.

Hipp was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Wilshire.

She was a past officer of the Ladies Auxiliary at Green Valley Country Club, Lower Heidelberg Township.

Hipp is also survived by a daughter, Leann (Hipp) wife of Christopher J. Koch of Womelsdorf and a brother, Jay E. husband of Sandra Beyerle of Reinholds.

There is also a granddaughter, Erin Elizabeth Koch.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Wilshire. Viewing Thursday evening 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the National Cancer Institute, Building 31, Room 11A16, 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20892.
