Samuel H. Lenhart

Samuel H. Lenhart, 67, Exeter Township, died of natural causes in the presence of his family July 3 at 1:56 a.m. in Reading Hospital.

He was the loving husband of Joan A. (Roth) Lenhart for 40 years.

Born June 3, 1939 in Reading, he was the son of the late Samuel G. and Sara L. (Serence) Lenhart.

He was employed by ARAMARK, Wyomissing as a routeman for 37 years retiring in June of 2001.

Samuel was a graduate of Exeter High School in 1957.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Samuel was a member of Epler's United Church of Christ, Leesport.

Other survivors include three sons, Kevin L. Lenhart, Leesport, Travis L. Lenhart, Pittsburgh, PA and Glenn L. Buckner, Chesapeake, VA. There are also 2 grandsons and 2 great granddaughters.

Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Leesport Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
