S. Herbert Nagle

S. Herbert Nagle, 94, of Reading, died of natural causes November 2nd in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

He was the widower of Bertha Mae (Weaver) Nagle, who died December 11, 1995.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Samuel C. and Frances E. (Lynn) Nagle.

He was employed for 30 years at General Battery Corporation, Muhlenberg Township as a traffic manager, retiring in 1978.

Nagle is survived by two sons, S. Michael husband of Barbara A. (Steinle) Nagle of Cumru Township and Stephen P. widower of Dorothy K. (Harnly) Nagle of Kenhorst Borough.

Other survivors include two brothers, Charles W. of Wyomissing and Frank W. of Mohnton.

There are also six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday at 10:00 am in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Merrill R. Marisseau officiating. Viewing Saturday 9:30 am until time of service. Burial will be in Birdsboro (St. Michael's) Cemetery.
