Ruth M. Wetzel

Ruth M. Wetzel, 95, of West Reading, died December 26, 2009 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Born in Ashland, she was the daughter of the late Galen B. and Emma (Yost) Wetzel.

Ruth was a 1932 graduate of Ashland High School and a 1936 graduate of Reading Hospital School of Nursing.

She was employed as a registered nurse for 38 years by Reading Hospital, retiring in 1975.

Ruth was a member of Bausman Memorial U.C.C., Wyomissing.

Graveside Services will be held Saturday April 10, 2010 at 12 p.m. in Brock Cemetery, Ashland. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bausman Memorial U.C.C., 1064 Penn Ave., Wyomissing, PA 19610. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in Charge of arrangements.
