Ruth V. Pacifico

Ruth Viola (Martin) Pacifico, 94, died December 27, 2009 in her Reading residence.

She was the wife of Gabriel B. Pacifico, who died September 29, 1991.

Born in Reading, PA on February 2, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Hassler) Martin.

She was a member of St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Ruth was a past volunteer with St. Joseph's Medical Center Auxiliary.

She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Marie Pacifico, with whom she last resided.

Ruth was predeceased by eight siblings.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11:00 am in St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church, Reading. A viewing will be held Saturday from 9:30 - 10:30 am in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
