Ruth R. Knorr

Ruth R. Knorr, 77, passed away October 20, 2015, in her home with her loving grandson by her side.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Brendle) Snyder.

She was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School.

Ruth was an administrator for Boscov's Department Stores.

She was an avid Phillies fan and loved watching movies on the Hallmark Channel. Cooking was also something that she enjoyed.

Ruth is survived by her daughters: Jacquelyn Moll, Shillington; Robin, wife of Thomas Psilelis, Sinking Spring; Kathleen Coleman, West Reading; and Tracy, wife of Brian Heinrich, Fleetwood.

Also surviving are grandchildren: Scott Coleman, Todd Coleman, Jessica Smith, Joby Moll, Andrew Heinrich, Megan Heinrich; and great-grandchildren: Kayla, Cory, Gabrielle, Evan and Juliette.

She was predeceased by a brother, Charles "Nipper" Snyder and a great-grandchild, Jeanette.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 25, 2015, at 4 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A visitation will be held Sunday from 3-4 p.m. in the funeral home.
