Ruth I. Weller Eyrich

Ruth Irene (Rhoads) Weller Eyrich, 89, died March 6, 2013 in ManorCare Health Services, Inc., Spring Township.

She was predeceased by her first husband, Lester H. Weller, who died June 6, 1974 and her second husband, Marvin P. Eyrich, who died May 23, 2000.

Born in Amityville, PA on February 25, 1924, she was a daughter of the late David W. and Florence M. (Quinter) Rhoads.

She was last employed as a receiving clerk with Feel Fine Shops.

Ruth is survived by a son, Barry L., husband of Janis L. (Smith) Weller of Spring Township.

Other survivors include two grandchildren: Julie A. (Weller), wife of Brent Fry of Spring Township and Brian L., husband of Kristy (Hoover) Weller of Exeter Township.

There are also six great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by three siblings: Russell R. Rhoads, Betty M. Moyer and Grace H. Ludwig.

Ruth was a Philadelphia Sports Fan, with the Phillies and Sixers being her favorite two teams.

She loved doing any type of puzzle and enjoyed painting.

Ruth was also an avid card player with pinochle being her favorite card game.

Services will be private. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
