Rosina Baney

Rosina (Rossi) Baney, 82, went to be with the Lord on April 8, 2013 in her Reading residence.

She was the widow of Joseph F. Baney.

Born in Reading, PA on October 30, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Carmella (Ferris) Rossi.

She was a graduate of Reading High School.

Rosina loved cooking for all of her family and friends.

She is survived by two children: Reneé (Baney) Bowman of Reading and Joseph F., husband of Carolyn C. (Connor) Baney of South Heidelberg Township.

She was the loving grandmother of four grandchildren: Joseph V. Baney, Rachel A. Baney, Shelby R. Baney and Desiray L. Baney.

There are also many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews surviving.

She was predeceased by her adored granddaughter, Desiray Ann Bowman.

Rosina was also predeceased by three siblings: Anthony Rossi, William Rossi and Sandra Bossert.

Services will be Monday at 11:00 am in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A viewing will be held Monday from 9:30 - 11:00 am in the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
