Rosie M. Ruppert

Rosie M. (Becker) Ruppert, 90, of Harrisburg, died peacefully March 24th at 7:30 am in Colonial Park Care Center, Susquehanna Township, Dauphin County, where she had been since March 16th.

She was married in 1933 to the late Milton C. Ruppert, who died November 9, 1985.

Born in Fleetwood, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Emma (Ohlinger) Becker.

She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Fleetwood.

Ruppert enjoyed spending time at the Rutherford House Retirement Center, playing cards and laughing with her friends.

She is survived by B. Romaine Gulden, with whom she resided for the last 15 years.

Other survivors include family friends, Donna and Benjamin Fitz and Jennifer Chort.

Ruppert was the last surviving member of six children.

There are several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Tuesday at 1:00 pm private. Rev. Robert Machamer officiating. Burial will be in Alsace Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
