Rose Mary Lutz

Rose Mary Lutz, 73, of Laureldale, died September 2, 2014 in the Reading Hospital.

She was the wife of the late Raymond Homer Lutz, II, who died January 19, 1999.

Born August 14, 1941 in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Chester C. and Ellen K. (Lutz) Waruszewski.

Rose was a graduate of Parsippany High School, New Jersey.

She was employed as an office manager with Norda, Hanover, NJ, where she retired from after 20 years.

Rose enjoyed playing bingo and watching football, but most of all, loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was a longtime NFL fan and a loyal New York Giants fan.

Rose is survived by her daughter Ellen J. Waruszewski of Laureldale.

Also surviving are her two sisters Ruth A., widow of Albert "Elmer" Stevens of Boonton, NJ and Nancy Moyer of Reading.

There are also 3 great grandchildren, Tristan R. Waruszewski, Calleigh N. Noble and Caleb B. Noble.

Rose was preceded in death by a granddaughter Nicole L. Waruszewski, who died March 2, 2012.

Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Kuhn-Stitzel Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road. Laureldale. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Christ Little Tulpehocken Cemetery, Jefferson Township.
