ROSE (AUGUSTINE) INCOLLINGO

Rose Incollingo, 99, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2015 in Manor Care, West Reading. She formerly resided at the Highlands Personal Care and at Country Meadows. For many years before that, she lived in West Lawn.

Her husband of 30 years, Peter Incollingo, passed away on July 27, 1970. Rose was born in Reading on October 17, 1915, a daughter of the late Michael and Pompilia (Caccese) D'Agostino.

Rose is survived by four children: Petrina J. Incollingo, Leesport; Loretta A., wife of Roger L. Minear, Wyomissing; Domenic J., husband of Theresa A. (Johnson) Incollingo, Austin, TX; and Geri M., wife of Michael K. Weatherholtz, Lincoln Park. She leaves five grandchildren: Peter R. Minear, Wyomissing; Paul D. Minear, husband of Nicole M. Allamon-Minear, State College, PA; Ryan M. Weatherholtz, Weehawken, NJ; Michelle S. Weatherholtz, Wyomissing; Jordan P. Weatherholtz, Lincoln Park; and a great-granddaughter, Riley Minear. Other survivors include dozens of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister Henrietta Biscanti, and five brothers: William, Arnold, Michael, and Otto Augustine, and Louis D'Agostino.

Rose was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading. She was devoted to her faith and her family. She also loved to dance and formerly line danced and square danced with local senior center groups.

Friends may call on Monday, July 6, 2015, from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. at the Edward J Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 8th Avenue and Franklin Street, West Reading. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale, PA.
