Rose J. Horstman

Rose J. "Cuz" (Flacco) Horstman, 90, formerly of Shillington, died January 30, 2016, at Mifflin Center.

Her husband, Raymond W. Horstman, died on July 30, 1986.

Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Pietro and Fiorina (Fantilli) Flacco.

She was a 1943 graduate of West Reading High School.

Rose worked as an employment and training officer-supervisor for the County of Berks for many years, retiring in 1990.

She is survived by her best friend and cousins: Janet A. Wolfe and her family: Debi Daly; Dean Wolfe; Adrienne; Arielle; Ainsley and Avery.
