Rose M. Gontarchick

Rose M. Gontarchick, 82, died April 25 at 6:14 a.m. in her West Wyomissing residence.

She was the wife of Joseph Gontarchick.

Born in St. Clair, Schuylkill County, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Elizabeth Chisick.

She was employed as a salesperson for Boscov's West for 15 years retiring in 1975.

Gontarchick was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.

Other survivors include one daughter Joann G. (Gontarchick) Carper, Lancaster and one son James J., Sinking Spring. There is also one sister Eva (Chisick) Hercha, St. Clair and 4 grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart RCC. Entombement will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements. Friends may call Friday from 9 to 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home.
