Rose C. Cinfici

Rosina "Rose" C. (Floriani) Cinfici, 87, of Reading, passed away on October 25, 2021, at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center.

She was the loving wife of William Cinfici.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Frank P. and Carmela (Saitta) Floriani.

She was a graduate of Reading High School in 1952.

Rose was an active member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

She was employed by Bank of PA for 11 years and later worked in the jury room and tax claim department at the Berks County Courthouse for seven years retiring in 1994.

Rose was the corresponding secretary for the Berks County Italian Heritage Society; was the president of the Christopher Columbus Day Committee, was a Board member of the Italian American Cultural Center, and a member of Reading Lodge #29 Order Sons of Italy in America.

Faith and family were most important to Rose. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, William F. Cinfici, Reading. She is also survived by her large and loving extended family.

She was predeceased by her brothers: Basil, Vincent, Joseph, and Frank.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, October 29, 2021, at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will be private at Gethsemane Mausoleum. Friends may call Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Rosary Church, 237 Franklin Street, Reading, PA 19602. Edward J.
