Rose A. Spangler

Rose A. (Reuth) Spangler, 91, of 1060 Butter Lane, Exeter Township, died May 9th at 2:29 pm in the Mifflin Center, Cumru Township.

She was the widow of John F.W. Spangler, who died May 1980.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Sally (Richards) Reuth.

She was a member of St. Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Mount Penn.

Spangler was also survived by a son, John F. Spangler of Tampa, Florida.

Other survivors include a daughter, Jeannette "Nettie" (Spangler) Snider of Pennside.

There are 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 am in St. Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Chapel, 2427 Perkiomen Avenue, Mount Penn, Pa 19606. Visitation will be Friday 9:00 -10:00 am in the Church. Burial will be private at the convienence of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church at the above address. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
