Ronald Lee Yocum

Ronald Lee Yocum, Sr., 64, of Robesonia, died July 5, 2008 in St. Joseph's Medical Center Emergency Room.

He was the husband of Elaine T. (Carroll) Yocum.

Born in Eagleville, he was a son of the late Clarence R. and Grace (Radar) Yocum.

Ron was a truck driver for A.W.I., Robesonia for the last 15 years of his career, retiring in 2006.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Ronald Lee, Jr., husband of Denise L. Yocum, Strausstown and Frank M., husband of Christine M. Yocum, Collegeville; two daughters, Barbara Ann Greer, Bridgeport, PA and Denise Marie Yocum, Colorado Springs, CO; and one step-daughter, Carole, wife of Jay Knott, Reston, VA. There are three brothers, Harold, Jacksonville, FL, Merrill, Newark, DE and Frank, Collegeville. Seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive him.

Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be private in Berks County Memorial Gardens.
