Ronald Lewis Hartman

Ronald L. Hartman, 87, passed away on March 24, 2026, at Laureldale Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Born in Boyertown, he was the son of the late Russell Sr. and Mabel "Irene" (Schaeffer) Hartman. Ronald was one of fifteen children, growing up in a large and close-knit family.

Ronald dedicated many years to Doehler Jarvis, a die-casting company in Pottstown, where he worked as a supervisor. He was known for his strong work ethic and leadership.

Ronald enjoyed hunting and spending time in the mountains, particularly at his family's cabin in Potter County. He was an avid Penn State football fan and rarely, if ever, missed a game for more than four decades.

He is survived by four brothers and six sisters, along with many extended family members who will remember him for his quiet strength and love of the outdoors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several siblings.
