Ronald L. Barkman

Ronald L. Barkman, 74 of Hamburg died June 28th in UPMC-Passavant, Pittsburgh, PA. He was the husband of Judith M. (Alexander) Barkman. Ron was born in Philipsburg, PA. and was the son of the late Oscar and Mary (Putnam) Barkman. He was the owner and operator of Barko Cleaning Services, Inc. in Hamburg for many years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 daughters Molly wife of Ethan Marsh, Washington, D.C., Lisa Alexander, Tarentum, PA. 1 son Mitchell Barkman, Hamburg. He is also survived by a grandson and 1 sister, Marjorie Woomer of Belleville, PA. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 3rd at 11:00 AM in the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc. Hamburg. A visitation with the family will be held from 10:30 AM till time of service. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
