Roberta L. Grube

Roberta L. Grube, 73 of Windsor Township died October 16th in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenburg Campus. She was the wife of John H. Grube. Roberta was born in W. Reading and was the daughter of the late Herbert G. Brandt Jr. and Alice B. (Price) Brandt. She was a 1959 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School and a 1961 graduate of the McCann School of Business, Reading. Roberta and her husband, John helped to manage an escort group for Grube Travelers for 39 years. Roberta was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hamburg. She was a homemaker most of her life. In addition to her husband, Roberta is survived by three daughters Donna L. wife of Brooke Blatt, Debbie L. wife of Scott Naugle, and Denise Grube all of Windsor Township. Additional survivors include two grandchildren, Matthew B. Blatt, Spring Township and Jennifer L. Blatt, Windsor Township and a sister, Kathleen E, Smith, Kutztown. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM from St. John's Lutheran Church, 99 Church Street, Hamburg, PA. 19526. A viewing will be held in the church from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Drehersville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA. 22312.
