Robert H. Steiner, Sr.

Robert H. Steiner, Sr., 78, passed away April 11, 2015 in his Muhlenberg Twp. residence.

Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Harold B. and Anna (Rubas) Steiner.

He is a graduate of North Port High School, Long Island, NY and Suffolk County Community College, Selden, NY.

Robert was co-owner and operator of Carvel Ice Cream, Reading from 1972 to 1980. He was also employed by Forest Hills Memorial Park as a salesman before retiring June of 1997.

He was a veteran serving in the United States Marine Corp.

Robert enjoyed a good John Wayne movie and was a car enthusiast.

He is survived by his son, Robert H. Steiner, Jr., retired Army Captain and two daughters, Allison and Lynda.

Robert was predeceased by his baby daughter, Heather.
