Robert L. Schlott, 64, of Penn Township, died of natural causes June 25 at 1:10 p.m. in the intensive care unit of Reading Hospital, shortly after admission.
He was the husband of Mildred M. (Palmer) Schlott.
Born in Reading, he was a son of Grace (Schaeffer) Schlott, Salisbury, Md., and the late Elmer Schlott.
Schlott had been employed for 30 years by Crompton & Knowles, Gibraltar, retiring as plant superintendent in January 2002.
He was a Navy veteran.
Schlott is also survived by two daughters, Christine A. (Schlott) Bossler, Reading, and Michelle M. (Schlott) Yeager, Corvallis, Mont.
Other survivors include a brother, Elmer Jr., Tuckerton, and a sister, Joan (Schlott) Holt, Salisbury, Md.
There are also six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading.
