Robert E. Rehrig

Robert E. Rehrig, 92, Greenfields, died May 8, 2007 in the Reading Hospital.

Born in Orwigsburg, he was the son of the late Howard and Elsie (Eiler) Rehrig

He is survived by his wife Charlotte M. (Blankenhorn) Rehrig.

Robert was employed as an operating engineer for local 542, Philadelphia for 44 years, retiring in 1978.

He was a member of Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, Reading.

Robert was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Other survivors include one daughter, Barbara (Rehrig) Sullivan, Pottsville, and three grandchildren.
