Robert H. Klix

Robert H. Klix, Jr, 90, of Reading, passed away on January 8, 2017, in his residence.

He was the husband of Anna M. (Kline) Klix, whom he married on August 21, 1987.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Robert H., Jr. and Ethel S. (Spencer) Klix.

Robert was a proud U.S. Army Veteran who served in WWII.

He was a steel worker for Hoffman Industry and worked there for 21 years before retiring.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two children, Robert H. Klix, IV, Allentown; Barry, husband of Joanne Klix, Shillington; and three step-children, Maria L. Clouser, Sinking Spring; Kelly A. Riegel, Sinking Spring; Edward H., husband of Jennifer Winters, Shillington. He is survived by 8 step-grandchildren.

Robert is predeceased by his step-son, Richard E. Winters, Jr., and his sister Catherine E. Thompson.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
