Robert L. Kline

Robert L Kline, 56, of Hamburg, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017.

Robert was predeceased by his wife, Carey Kohl Kline, who passed away in January of 2015.

Born in Reading, he was the a son of Raymond R. Kline and Dolores Jane (Klemmer) Hilbert.

Robert was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran.

He was self-employed as a cement contractor. His expertise was in finishing and stamping.

Robert was a loving father. His children were his world and he will be missed by all who knew him, especially his children.

In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by his brother Joel Ray Kline.

He is survived by his three children: Joel R. Kline, Robert L. Kline, Jr., and Michela S. Kohl; and two sisters: Denise M. Franco, Reading; and Shirley A., wife of Richard Mercer, Ludington, MI.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A viewing will be held Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
