Robert P. Holland

Robert P. Holland, Sr., 93, passed away on Saturday, December 3 2022 at Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the loving husband of the late Betty J. (Goheen) Holland, with whom he shared 43 years.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late William and Sadie (Mayer) Holland. He worked for Glidden Paints for 38 years before his retirement in 1994.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Kevin Holland (Cookie), Robert Holland, Jr. (Lucy), Michele Ahrens, (Richard), Ann Marie Levan (Robert), Eric Holland (Carmen), Robin Braine (Jeff), Sheri Tait, Cyndi Dawson (Scott), Rondelle Lorah (Joe), Ronald Hohl, Jr. (Alexis); 26 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

In addition to his wife, Betty, Robert was predeceased by a son, Steven Holland; and brothers: Joseph, William, Kieran, and James Holland.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, December 8 from 12:00 pm to 1:00pm. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home,739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Reading.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Rd., Birdsboro, PA 19508.
