Robert Bolton

Robert J. Bolton, aged 77, of Hamburg, PA, passed away peacefully and surrounded by his loving family at the Laurel Center on December 18, 2025. Born in Abington, PA, to the late Joseph and Annette (Casper) Bolton, Robert was a dedicated father, loving spouse, and talented craftsman who touched the lives of many.

Robert proudly served his country in the United States Army, enlisting on April 23, 1968, and being discharged on January 22, 1970. He achieved the rank of Private First Class and was awarded the Bronze Star for his service.

After his military service, Robert found his calling in the warehouse logistics industry, working diligently as a manager with Leaseway Transportation. He took great pride in his work, balancing a professional career with his passion for creative endeavors. An accomplished woodworker and stained-glass artisan, Robert had a keen eye for detail and a love of crafting beautiful items for his home.

In addition to his artistic pursuits, Robert enjoyed spending time outdoors, developing a particular fondness for small wild creatures such as squirrels and chipmunks. He will also be remembered for the joy he found in the companionship of his beloved Maltese, Charlie.

Robert is survived by his devoted spouse, Mary Bolton; daughters, Krisy Elisii of Doylestown and Mallory Blanchette of Reading; and son, Brad Bolton (Angela) of Lenexa, KS, as well as five grandchildren: Kaley, Jaxson, Conor, Ella, and Carter. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

According to his wishes, Robert's services will be private, and internment will take place at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Please join us in remembering Robert, a man of creativity, kindness, and unwavering love for those around him.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to local wildlife conservation efforts in Robert's memory, reflecting his love for the natural world.
