Rita Ellen Adams

Rita Ellen (Clinton) Adams, 66, of 4557 Sefranka Road, Muhlenberg Township, died December 5th at 6:54 am in the St. Joseph Medical Center Emergency Room.

She was the wife of Harold Guy Adams, Sr.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Flossie (Keller) Clinton.

She was also survived by a daughter, Susan E. (Adams) Rollman of Reading.

Other survivors include two brothers, Harold Guy Adams, Jr., of Macungie, Lehigh County and Gerald Alan Adams of Muhlenberg Township.

Adams is also survived by three sisters, Stella Clinton of Stony Creek Mills, Joan Clinton of Robesonia and Dorris (Clinton) Mammarella of Birdsboro.

There are nine grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons, Ronald Roy Adams who died September 1963 and Ricky Joe Adams who died May 25, 1993.

Services will be Wednesday at 11:00 am in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Dr. Robert A. Stewart officiating. Viewing Wednesday 10:00 am until time of service. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Tuckerton.
