Rick Edward May

Rick Edward May, 71, of Cochranville, passed away on March 12, 2022 at Chester County Hospital.

Rick was born in Reading, PA, on April 9th 1950, he was the son of the late Ronald Keith May and Ruth D.(Edwards) May. He graduated from Wilson High School in 1968. He worked for the Wilson School District before retiring around 2012.

Rick is survived by his loving daughter, Jessica Marple; his sister, Dawn, wife of Alan Lutz, and two brothers: Jesse May; and James May; and his three grandchildren, Keith, Johnny, and Kelsey.

Rick was predeceased by his sister, Joanne (May) Baalmann, Kanas, and three grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Friday, March 18th from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. Family will be having a private burial.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cochranville Fire Department, 3135 Limestone Rd, Cochranville, PA 19330.
