Richard C. Stasek

Richard Charles Stasek Jr., 43, of 624 Beach Street, (Muhlenberg Township) Reading, Pa 19605 died July 27th in St. Joseph Hospital where he had been since Saturday.

He was the husband of Carole Ann (Wirth) Stasek, married June 25, 1982.

Born in Reading, he was a son of Richard C. Sr., and Betty R. (Brown) Stasek of Reading.

He was a 1978 graduate of Holy Name High School, Reading.

Stasek has worked as a meat cutter since 1978, he last worked for 5 1/2 years for Weis Markets, Spring Township, last working March 3, 2003.

He was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hyde Park.

Stasek is also survived by a sister, Ann E. (Stasek) Foanio of Wyomissing and a brother, Daniel J. of Phoenixville, Chester County.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00 am in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hyde Park. No Public Viewing. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
