Richard A. Latshaw

Richard A. "Dick" Latshaw, 91, passed away on February 12, 2026 in Bethlehem, where he resided.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late John T. Latshaw and Edna (Noll). A graduate of West Reading High School, he received the Thespian award from his class. Dick was a proud US Navy veteran. He worked as bookkeeper for H E Fortna Brothers, and Reading China and Glass before retiring in 1996. In his free time, he enjoyed acting at the Reading Community Players Theatre, roller skating into 80's, and meals with friends. He loved to tell jokes and make people smile.

Those cherishing Dick's memory are his daughter, Karen, wife of Robert G. Sands; his grandchildren, Jay and Bryn Sands; and great grandson, Benjamin. He joins in Heaven, his brothers: John III, William and Kenneth.

Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dick's honor to St. Paul's UCC, 105 E 19th St, Northampton, PA 18067.
