Richard L. Jackson
Richard LeRoy Jackson, 73, formerly of Temple, died January 21, 2011 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon.
Born May 21, 1937 in West Reading, he was a son of the late Harry LeRoy and Marguerite (Mohn) Jackson.
Richard was employed as a curer with Firestone Tire and Rubber Factory for over 20 years.
He had a passion for fishing.
Surviving are four children: Richard L., husband of Ginny Jackson of Allentown; Joan A., wife of Thomas Zezenski of Millsboro, DE; Patricia Snyder of Sinking Spring and Theresa M., wife of Chris W. Sweigart of Reading.
Other survivors include a sister, Doris Sroka of Laureldale, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Richard was predeceased by a brother Harry S. Jackson.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading.
