Richard H. Kessler

Richard H. "Rick" Kessler, Jr., 48, of Reading, died September 1 in St. Joseph's Hospital.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Richard H., Jr. and Kathryn L. (Zettlemoyer) Kessler.

He was last employed by Narrow Fabric, West Reading.

Rick was a graduate of Kutztown University in 1980 earning a BS in Accounting.

He was a member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Survivors include one brother, Bradley A. husband of Julianne M. Kessler, Fleetwood and one sister, Donna M. (Kessler) wife of Brian L. Kissinger, Riverview Park. He is also survived by his step-mother, Kathleen A. (Thornton) Stetka, Topton.

Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township. Friends may call Wednesday from 9 to 10 a.m. funeral home. www.christfuneralhome.com
