Richard C. Marks

Richard C. Marks, D.D.S., 83, of Wyomissing, died December 31, 2008 in the Berkshire Center.

Born July 8, 1925 in West Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Earl M. and Kathryn E. (Kaley) Marks.

Richard is survived by his wife, Betty of Wyomissing. He is also survived by a brother, John W. Marks, Reading; and two sisters, Jacquelyn R. Masley, wife of Robert Masley of Spring Township, and Mary Alice Marks of Mohnton.

He graduated from West Reading High School in 1943, received his B.S. from Franklin and Marshall in 1946, and graduated from Temple School of Dentistry in 1950. Richard was a member of the Berks County Dental Society.

Richard was a veteran of WW II and the Korean Conflict. He also was a lieutenant in the Navy.

He is also survived by a niece, Michele Masley, and his nephews, Richard and Robert Masley, Donald E. Marks, and Todd R. Grinnage. There are also several great nieces and nephews.
