Richard E. Behm

Richard E. Behm, 78, of Whitfield, died August 6, 2008 in the Wyomissing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was the husband of Dorothy E. (DeVine) Behm.

Born May 18, 1930 in Reading, he was the son of the late Karl H. and Bertha M. (Bridegam) Behm.

Richard was a 1948 graduate of Wyomissing High School, and a 1950 graduate of Penn State Extention, Reading.

He was employed as a salesman for Business Equipment and Supply Company retiring 1995.

Also surviving is a son, Keith D., husband of Melina Behm, Fleetwood; and two daughters, Eileen L., wife of Randall Impink, South Heidelberg; and Gail M. Stamm, Kutztown.

Also surviving are six grandchildren.

Services will be Friday at 11:30 a.m. at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading. Friends may call Thursday 6:30-8 p.m. and Friday 11-11:30 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Townhip. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com.
