Richard M. Bailey

Richard M. Bailey, 75 of Shoemakersville died on Friday, January 1st, 2016 in the Reading Hospital. He was born in Evansville, PA. on September 7, 1940 and was the son of the late Bertha R. (Rissmiller) and Raymond J. Bailey. He worked at Wolfe Roofing as a roofer, retiring in 1993. In addition to his parents, brothers predeceased Richard: John, Earl, Paul and Roy. Richard is survived by daughters, Sherri Wife of William Burns, Gouglersville, Kristine K. wife of Heister Lotz, Leesport, a son, Richard R. husband of Christina Bailey, Tilden Township, and grandchildren: Zoe Malanios, Brody Kapelski, Tabitha Demetra, Zachary Burns and Dakota, Mykenzie and Brayden Bailey. Two sisters Mabel and Rose and one brother Robert Bailey also survive him. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
