Reynold D. Miller, 82, formerly of Reiffton, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Berkshire Center, Exeter Township, where he was a resident for 3 weeks.
His wife, Helen M. (Himmelreich) Miller passed away April 5, 2008.
Born in Exeter, he was a son of the late Howard A. and Helen (Angstadt) Miller.
He was a self employed farmer in Limekiln for many years and then worked for Dana Corporation, Reading; Specialty Design, Oley and lastly Thermal Sash windows until retiring.
He was a member of Reformation Lutheran Church, Reiffton, the Reading Motorcycle Club, Oley; the Perkiomen chapter of the Antique Motorcycle Association; the Oley Fire Company, the Pike Township Sportsmans Association and was a charter member of the Buck a year hunting club.
He is survived by his daughters: Joan M. DeBlasi of Reading, Audrey L., wife o fRalph DeGuardi of Temple and Judith A., wife of Brian Stufflet of Laureldale. Also his sister: Darlene, widow of Donald D. "Skip" Dillon of Ruscombmanor Township and his companion, Vivian E. Hafer of Exeter. Also 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 nieces.
Services will be held in Blankenbiller Funeral Home, 423 Main Street, Oley, on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 11:00 am. Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Friends and family may view on Tuesday from 7:00-9:00 pm and Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 am in the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Reformation Lutheran Church, 3670 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, Pa. 19606.
