Regina T. Vail

Regina T. Vail, 96, of West Reading passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Reading Hospital.

Born in Branchdale, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Regina (McGovern) Mennig. Regina graduated from the Little Flower High School for Girls in Philadelphia in 1946. She worked as a key punch operator for Bell Telephone of Pennsylvania until retiring in 1975.

Regina was an avid reader. She loved to write letters and enjoyed phone calls. She prayed daily, adding her friends and family to the prayer wagon.

Left to cherish her memory are sons, Michael J. Vail, husband of Susan, of Downingtown, and James E. Vail, husband of Susan, of Wyomissing; grandchildren: Courtney (Mark) Welch, Jamie Vail, Lindsay Vail, Brendan (Brittany) Vail, Tara (Neil) Carmichael, and Kayleen Vail; great grandchildren: Cora, Noah, Cassidy, Molly, Rylee, Liam, Logan, Julia, Carson, and Beau; and a great great granddaughter, Emersyn Maeve.

Services are private, as per her wishes. Interment at Berks County Memorial Garden.
