Rebecca Lynn Kaiser

Rebecca Lynn Kaiser, affectionately known to family and friends as “Becky”, passed away unexpectedly on May 30, 2026, at the age of 51.

Rebecca lived a life defined by intelligence, integrity, compassion, and a commitment to helping others. A lifelong learner, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Literature with a minor in African American Studies before pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at New York Law School. Throughout her distinguished career, she combined her legal expertise with a passion for technology and innovation.

At the time of her passing, Rebecca served as Head of Contracts & Operations for the Digital Software and Solutions Group and Components Engineering Group at Tata Consultancy Services. Her work focused on technology law, compliance, intellectual property, privacy, and complex contract negotiations. She was widely respected for her leadership, professionalism, and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients around the world.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rebecca was deeply committed to service and community involvement. She valued giving back and embraced opportunities to volunteer, support charitable initiatives, and help create positive change. She believed in lifelong education and encouraged others to pursue their goals with curiosity and determination.

Rebecca had a playful spirit and a deep love for animals. She found joy in games of all kinds, whether spending time with family and friends or immersing herself in new challenges and adventures. Her compassion for animals reflected her kind and caring nature, and she always had a special place in her heart for the pets and creatures she encountered throughout her life. Those who knew Rebecca will remember not only her intelligence and dedication, but also her sense of fun, warmth, and ability to bring happiness to those around her.

Those who knew Rebecca will remember her as dependable, thoughtful, and kind. She possessed a remarkable ability to connect with people from all walks of life and was admired for her honesty, accountability, and unwavering sense of ethics. Her love of learning, dedication to her work, and commitment to making the world a better place left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Rebecca is survived by two sisters, Marguerite Rauenzahn, wife of Wayne Rauenzahn, and Jennifer Zserai, wife of Paul Zserai, and one brother, Charles Kaiser, husband of Stephanie Kaiser, She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews Joesph Kaiser, Evan Rauenzahn, Mitchell Rauenzahn, Madeline Rauenzahn, Benjamin Moser, Rachael Frantic, Tina Kaiser, Emily Kaiser, and Leah Kaiser; and six great nieces and nephews: Trinity Fraytic, Olivia Moser, Hayden Fraytic, Maddox Moser, Killian McHale and Phineas McHale and one great-great niece, Emilia Livingood.

She was preceded by her parents Kenneth and Janet Weidner Kaiser

A Celebration of Rebecca’s life will be held on Saturday August 8, 2026, at 12 pm at Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading PA. 19611. Burial to follow at Laureldale Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Rebecca’s memory to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508.

Rebecca’s legacy of integrity, service, and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew and loved her.
