Raymond Francis Lawrence

Raymond F. Lawrence, 89, died September 28, 2014, in The Highlands of Wyomissing.

Born in Hazleton, he was a son of the late Raymond C. and Laura G. (Miller) Lawrence.

He was a US Army veteran serving during WWII in the 34th Infantry Division. He had two years of combat duty, serving primarily in Italy.

Raymond worked for Flemming Foods for 35 years retiring in 1991.

He was a member of the 34th Infantry Division Association.

Raymond is survived by two brothers, William G. Lawrence, Mohnton and James E., husband of Marie Lawrence, Ocala, FL. He was predeceased by two brothers, Harry and Richard.
