Raul A. Arroyo

Raul A. Arroyo, 55, of Reading, passed away August 27, 2011 in ManorCare, West Reading.

Born in San Juan, P.R., he was a son of Agustin and Carmen (DeLeon) Arroyo, Brooklyn, NY.

Raul worked as a plumber for Park Slope Plumbing Supply, Brooklyn, NY.

He was a member of Spring Valley Church of God, Temple.

Raul was a gentle, caring man who loved his family. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his two children: Agustin "Macho" Arroyo, Philadelphia and Teresa M. "Pumpkin", wife of Daniel Rosa, Reading. Also surviving are his siblings: Angela Arroyo, Brooklyn, NY; Clara R., wife of Leonte F. Gomez, Philadelphia and Angel A., husband of Dana Arroyo, Houston, TX. Two grandchildren: Agustin "Machi" Arroyo, Jr. and Mekhi L. "Boomster" Fernandez also survive him.

Services will be Saturday at 6 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A viewing will be 2 to 6 p.m. in the funeral home.
