Ralph K. Speakman

Ralph K. Speakman, 78, of Mohrsville died June 16, 2018 in his residence. Ralph was born in Lancaster and was the son of the late Manning and Blanche O. (Johnson) Speakman. He was the husband of Karen V. (Leabhart) Speakman. Ralph was a 1958 graduate of Pequea Valley High School and was a member of the Mohrsville Church of the Brethren. Ralph was a roofer most of his life working in various construction jobs. In addition to his wife 4 children survive him, Ralph A. husband of Debbie Speakman, Exeter, Natalie R. wife of Harry Cash, South Hadley, MA. Christine L. wife of Edward Ernst, Mohrsville and David M. Speakman, Lancaster, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A sister Ruth Jumbelik also survives. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 21 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mohrsville Church of the Brethren, 1542 Shoemakersville Road, Mohrsville, PA 19541. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the church. Burial will be private in Limerick Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church at the above address.
