Ralph L. Pierce

Ralph L. Pierce, 85, formerly of Wichita, KS, died May 19, 2008 in his Reading, PA residence.

He was the husband of Lorene (Little) Pierce.

Born in Coalgate, OK, he was the son of the late Claud Lee and Lottie (Diacon) Pierce.

He was the owner/operator of Ralph Pierce Floor Covering, Wichita, KS, for 32 years until his retirement.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter, Tina (Pierce) Zimmerman, Arlington, VA and his two sons, Larry Lee Pierce, Mt. Sterling, KY and Jerry E. Pierce, Wichita, KS. There are also three sisters, Grace (Pierce) Williams, Coalgate, OK, Gladys (Pierce) Nelson, Sulfur, OK and Juanita (Pierce) Riffe, Clarita, OK. Four grandchildren, Ryan Pierce, Wichita, KS, Krista Pierce, Denver, CO, Jessica Pierce, Boxeman, MT and Lara Zimmerman, Arlington, VA; and two great-grandsons also survive him.
