Rafael Ortiz
Rafael Ortiz, 43, of Reading, died August 13 in Reading Hospital.
Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Angel M. and Margita (Camacho) Ortiz.
He is survived by two sons, Angel M. and Rafael, both of Puerto Rico and one daughter Sue Helen Ortiz, Reading. There are also 4 brothers, 3 sisters and 4 grandchildren that survive him.
Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
