Rachel A. Carl

Rachel A. (Stepp) Carl, 45, passed away unexpectedly on January 25, 2024. Born on April 15, 1978, in Reading, she was the daughter of Jonathan and Kathy (Kline) Stepp. Rachel graduated from Reading High School.

Rachel was a member of New Beginnings Christian Life Fellowship Church in Reading. She loved making art with various mediums, making different crafts and was always looking for something new to make. She had a passion for animals, owning many pets over the years. She also enjoyed collecting PEZ candy dispensers, taking motorcycle rides and Tinkerbell. Her favorite color was purple, and wore it at any opportunity. Rachel was a wonderful daughter, sister, and friend. She was a warm, caring, selfless person who will be sincerely missed by all.

In addition to her parents, Rachel's memory will be cherished by her sister, Jennifer Stepp; nephews: Isaiah Snead, and Makai Stepp; niece, Shyanne Hughes; and her grandmothers, Maryann Metzger and Darlene Bentley. She will also be missed by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading. A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to the time of service.
